"Description": "Provides tools for discovering and retrieving public\n'ArcGIS' datasets across the Tampa Bay region. Search a\nselected catalog of checked datasets or live publisher portals,\nand load records into 'R'. The six configured publishers are\nthe City of Tampa, City of St. Petersburg, City of Clearwater,\nHillsborough County, Pinellas County, and Tampa Bay Regional\nPlanning Council. Discover layers in these and other public\n'ArcGIS' portals and retrieve them by their service URLs. A\npublisher registry configures discovery, while a separate\ndataset registry identifies layers checked by package\nmaintainers. Filter catalogs by source, geometry, topic,\ncategory, and modification date. Retrieve queryable layers with\nvalidated pagination, bounded previews, server-side filtering,\ntyped tabular results, optional spatial objects, and source\nprovenance. Save large downloads as local chunks that can be\nvalidated and resumed. Public source pages include the City of\nTampa GeoHub , St.\nPetersburg 'ArcGIS' portal\n, Clearwater\n'ArcGIS' portal\n,\nHillsborough County GeoHub\n,\nPinellas County Enterprise GIS\n, and Tampa Bay\nRegional Planning Council GeoHub\n.",
